StoryTime is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized children's stories and illustrations. The Service uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI) to create content based on your prompts and preferences. The Service is intended for use by parents and guardians.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Stories you create using the Service ("User Content") remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide, operate, and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your stories. Our AI-generated content is provided for your personal use.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORYTIME AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
